You will follow-up on execution of projects, reporting of financial results and perform related analyses.</p> <p>This position reports to the Finance Manager of Tetra Pak Processing Equipment, Inc.</p> <p>This position is based in Winsted, MN.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <p>As a Business Controller, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Order Owners and Project Managers to ensure they are reporting projects accurately and according to accounting standards. </li><li>Actively monitor project reporting across 4 business streams. </li><li>Perform variance analysis (Sales, cost, margin) at a detailed level (e.g., Project, Product, Customer, etc.) and drive or recommend corrective actions where needed. </li><li>Assist in Internal and External audit requests. </li><li>Ensure policies and guidelines related to own scope are followed, and report noncompliant issues to Finance Manager. </li><li>Partner with Finance members of other Tetra Pak entities to ensure consolidation accuracy. </li><li>Support the development of new tools/procedures and ensure implementation for own area. </li><li>Undertake any other projects assigned by Financial Manager. </li></ul> <p>We believe you have</p> <ul> <li>University degree (BS or equivalent) in Accounting/Finance. </li><li>1-3 years of Business Control experience, process knowledge, product knowledge. </li><li>Expertise in Stakeholder management. </li><li>Excellent presentation skills. </li><li>Knowledge of SAP R3 project controlling. </li><li>Excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Advanced English proficiency. </li></ul> <p>Pay Equity</p> <p>Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.</p> <p>This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees.
