<p>Instructor- Skilled Trades</p> <p>StrataTech Education Group | Tulsa Welding School | The Refrigeration School is hiring full-time, onsite Instructors for days, evenings and weekends!</p> <p>Help shape the future of trades. As an Instructor, you will lead hands-on training, mentor students, and support classroom safety, tool management, and curriculum delivery.</p> <p>Key Duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Teaching from pre-developed lesson plans </li><li>Engaging students while adapting to different learning styles </li><li>Tracking attendance and grades </li><li>Maintaining classroom cleanliness and safety </li><li>Managing tools and equipment </li><li>Supporting new instructor onboarding </li><li>Assisting with curriculum updates and testing </li><li>Providing short-term tutoring and mentoring </li></ul> <p>Requirements include:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED.
