At Justt, you'll partner with product, engineering, data, success, and go-to-market teams to build technology that sits at the core of modern payments and has a direct, measurable impact on the bottom line for some of the biggest companies in the world.</p> <p>The Opportunity</p> <p>We're hiring our first People & Talent team member in the U.S., based in New York, to lead GTM hiring while shaping the employee experience on the ground.</p> <p>As our Senior Talent Acquisition & People Partner, you'll drive all U.S. and UK GTM recruitment end-to-end while serving as the primary People representative for our New York site. This is a hands-on, dual-impact role combining strategic talent acquisition with people operations and employee experience.</p> <p>You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and create a world-class candidate journey. At the same time, you'll play a foundational role in supporting our U.S. employees, overseeing benefits administration, onboarding, and day-to-day People needs while establishing the culture and employee experience from the ground up.</p> <p>This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help build Justt's US presence.</p> <p>What Makes This Role Special</p> <p>This isn't just a recruitment role, it's a chance to shape the People experience in our U.S. hub.</p> <p>You'll lead GTM hiring:</p> <ul> <li>Drive full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue roles across the U.S. and UK </li><li>Build and manage active pipelines independently </li><li>Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our brand </li><li>Use AI tools and data analytics to optimize every stage of the hiring funnel </li></ul> <p>You'll be the first People representative on-site in New York:</p> <ul> <li>Act as the local point of contact for all People-related matters </li><li>Own U.S. benefits administration end-to-end </li><li>Design and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for U.S. hires </li><li>Foster a strong, connected culture aligned with our global People approach </li></ul> <p>You'll join a strategic, data-driven People team with the autonomy to innovate, execute, and make a real difference from day one.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Talent Acquisition (80%)</p> <ul> <li>Lead and execute GTM hiring efforts across the U.S. and UK </li><li>Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue roles </li><li>Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand needs and deliver exceptional talent </li><li>Ensure every candidate has a world-class experience with Justt </li><li>Leverage AI tools and analytics to continuously optimize recruitment processes </li><li>Champion and strengthen Justt's employer brand in competitive markets </li><li>Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to inform strategy </li><li>Stay agile and responsive to evolving business priorities </li></ul> <p>People Partnering & Employee Experience (20%)</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary People partner for our New York site </li><li>Own the U.S. onboarding experience and ensure smooth integration for new hires </li><li>Manage U.S. benefits administration and serve as the go-to expert for employee questions </li><li>Foster a cohesive, inclusive, and engaging on-site culture that reflects Justt's values </li><li>Partner with the global People team to align programs, communication, and initiatives </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Must-haves:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of hands-on experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a global startup environment </li><li>Proven track record hiring Go-To-Market talent (Sales, CS, Revenue roles) in the U.S. </li><li>Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently </li><li>Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) </li><li>Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Curiosity and agility in learning new tools, including generative AI </li><li>Experience as the first or sole People/TA representative in a U.S. site, or demonstrated ability to operate with high ownership and autonomy </li><li>Hands-on familiarity with U.S. benefits programs and HR operations </li><li>Deep understanding of U.S. hiring practices, compensation norms, and GTM talent market dynamics </li></ul> <p>What will set you apart:</p> <ul> <li>A data-driven approach to recruitment with a focus on metrics and continuous improvement </li><li>Ability to build trust quickly and partner effectively across a distributed, global team </li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling </li><li>Experience using AI and automation to enhance TA processes </li></ul> <p>Hybrid mode : 4 days / week at the office.</p>
