Beyond offering logistics jobs, we build careers and fuel the future of foodservice distribution.</p> <p>In This Role, You'll:</p> <ul> <li>Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes - no layovers </li><li>Deliver food products safely and efficiently to restaurant customers </li><li>Load and unload using hand trucks or pallet jacks - this is a touch-freight role </li><li>Complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and submit accurate paperwork </li><li>Communicate clearly with dispatch, store personnel, and team members </li><li>Handle return loads and ensure equipment and deliveries are in compliance </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>A valid Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, and at least 2 years of tractor-trailer driving and delivery experience </li><li>Ability to lift 5-75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers) </li><li>Strong customer service skills and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers </li><li>Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation </li><li>Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations </li></ul> <p>The Schedule & Setting:</p> <ul> <li>Dispatch at 2AM - home daily, no layovers </li><li>Must be available for nights, that will include weekends and holidays </li><li>All trailers equipped with lift gates - no ramps </li><li>Touch freight - with repetitive lifting 75+ lbs </li></ul> <p>Pay & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Salary: $80,000 annually to start </li><li>Weekly pay (every Friday) </li><li>Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location. </li><li>Health and Wellness: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts (FSA), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Voluntary Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal, Life, and AD&D); Pet Insurance </li><li>Retirement Benefits: 401(k) </li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO): Includes vacation, sick leave, and paid company holidays provided in accordance with company policy and applicable state and local laws. </li></ul> <p>To apply, click "Apply" and complete the online application</p> <p>Why Join Us:</p> <p>We're not just in the business of distribution - we're in the business of development.
