<p>Maintenance Supervisor (Palo Alto, CA)</p> <p>LHH is teaming up with an established property management firm in Palo Alto, CA in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to support maintenance operations and capital improvement projects across a portfolio of single-family and multifamily properties.</p> <p>This is a high-priority, on-site leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance execution while also driving larger-scale capital projects. The organization manages a stable and growing property portfolio and is seeking someone who can step in with minimal direction and confidently lead both people and projects. This role offers exposure to a mix of operational and project-based work, including oversight of property standards, vendor coordination, and long-term asset planning.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings strong property maintenance experience within market-rate environments and has a proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and own projects from start to finish. This person is comfortable navigating multiple systems, tracking asset lifecycle details, and building scopes of work for large projects.
