Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Concessions Worker duties may include but are not limited to: preparing concession items and pouring beverages for guests, ensuring quality of food presentation, operating the point of sale system, cleaning, and performing other duties as assigned. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.</p> <p>This role will pay an hourly rate of $11.00 to $14.00 and is tip eligible</p> <p>Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching</p> <p>This position will remain open until April 24, 2026.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure proper set-up of all concessions locations prior to doors. </li><li>Set-up duties may include: verifying opening inventory, assigning duties to concession workers (employee/volunteer), ensuring sanitation standards are met, verifying that Courteously greets and assists guests. </li><li>Takes food orders and serves guests. </li><li>Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions. </li><li>Properly stores food by applying food safety policies and procedures Sets up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc. Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations. </li><li>Serves food to guests while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the guests needs. </li><li>Replenishes food items and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels. </li><li>Maintains excellent service, positive demeanor, friendly, efficient, and positive service towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc. </li><li>Adheres to OVG safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation. </li><li>Ensures security of company assets. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment. </li><li>Ability to speak, read and write in English. </li><li>Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment. </li><li>Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations. </li><li>Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly. </li><li>Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory. </li></ul> <p>#ISU</p> <p>Strengthened by our Differences.
