Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our patients and our team members.</p> <p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with providers; assessing, planning, and implementing care. </li><li>Escort patient to and from room. </li><li>Record patient data. </li><li>Administer subcutaneous, intramuscular injections, and IV therapy. </li><li>Obtain blood specimens. </li><li>Clean and sterilize exam and procedure rooms/equipment. </li><li>Request/Evaluate lab tests. </li><li>Schedule patient tests, procedures, hospital admission, and appointment follow-ups. </li><li>Assist with educating patients. </li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality. </li><li>Follow all departmental, organizational, and government policies and procedures. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an approved school of nursing. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting desired but not required. </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Valid license to practice in the state of employment and current CPR certification required.
