<p>Description</p> <p>Twitter</p> <p>Linkedin</p> <p>Facebook</p> <p>Google+</p> <p>Pinterest</p> <p>email</p> <p>The Customer Service Manager is responsible for ensuring day-to-day Customer Service expectations are met by managing the relationships between Ryan Air and its customers/clients.</p> <p>Essential Functions and Duties:</p> <p>Conducts all activities as a part of the Ryan Air management team.</p> <p>Responsible for supervising assigned customer service personnel.</p> <p>Responsible for maintaining Ryan Air and client airline customer service standards</p> <p>Responsible for maintaining mainline customer records and reporting procedures.</p> <p>Responsible for monthly reporting to assist Accounting with billing needs.</p> <p>Conducts local sales calls with established business entities.</p> <p>Hires, trains, schedules, disciplines and conducts annual evaluations for all assigned personnel.</p> <p>Enacts policies and procedures.</p> <p>Ensures compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations.</p> <p>Ensures that all USPS procedures, outlined in the USPS 508 manual, are met.</p> <p>Oversees shipping and receiving of all Company Material (COMAT) are met or exceeded.</p> <p>Responsible for submitting all station-related reports and records within established timelines.</p> <p>Serve as primary point of contact for the Director of Business Development and Director of Stations for charter operations and requirements.</p> <p>Travel to my be required.</p> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Competencies:</p> <p>Ability to take directions and be flexible.</p> <p>Able to work independently as well as part of a team.</p> <p>Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.</p> <p>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</p> <p>Excellent leadership skills.</p> <p>Good computer skills.</p> <p>Graduate of high school or equivalent.</p> <p>Prior applicable experience preferred.</p> <p>This position is very active and may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing up to 8 - 10 hours a day.</p> <p>Requires frequent and routine lifting or moving items weighing over 70 pounds.</p> <p>Must be able to pass a ten year security background check for airport badging.</p> <p>Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</p> <p>Explore transportation and logistics industry job opportunities from Hawaii to Alaska,</p> <p>and Washington State to throughout the Caribbean.
