<p>Repair Coordinator</p> <p>Reports to: Director of Repairs & Post-Install Operations</p> <p>Job Summary: An administrative position within the Repair Division whose primary responsibilities are managing the actions and schedules of several Repair Experts and the accurate processing of jobs in Service Titan with a strong focus on customer communication, project management, and scheduling efficiency.</p> <p>Essential Job Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Manage the daily schedules of several Repair Experts</p> </li><li> <p>Update notes/tags/statuses on jobs/accounts and process jobs accurately</p> </li><li> <p>Create purchase orders and track materials for Repair Jobs</p> </li><li> <p>Identify job scheduling opportunities for gains in capacity usage</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text to ensure satisfaction</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor email inboxes, voicemails, system tasks, and chat logs</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and update Repair Expert timecards</p> </li><li> <p>De-escalate and resolve customer issues and determine when escalation is necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Assist the Director of Repairs in executing policy adherence among Repair Experts</p> </li></ol> <p>#PJFITZ2025</p>
