<p>Onsite position with opportunity for hybrid</p> <p>Location: SLC, Utah</p> <p>Responsibilities:.</p> <ul> <li>Timely and accurate daily reconciliation of appropriate bank accounts and loan level activities. </li><li>Requires a good understanding of payment processing systems, banking guidelines, and reconciling tools. </li><li>Prepare monthly account reconciliations </li><li>Complete month-end assignments in an accurate and timely manner </li><li>Ability to relate with internal and external customers during each process. </li></ul> <p>Principal Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Daily balancing and reconciling bank accounts that are used for settling funds for loan level activities. </li><li>Follow up with internal and external customers to avoid aging of exception items. </li><li>Have a good understanding of SPS reconciling systems primarily MSP and Select CE </li><li>Ad hoc reporting requests from management </li><li>Processing transactions through JPM Chase for return wires and ACH's </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Intermediate experience with Microsoft ExcelOutlook </li><li>Ability to handle stress and multiple projects with competing interest for time. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple departments in solving cross-departmental issues. </li><li>Detail oriented with ability to accurately gather and analyze data. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Cash posting experience preferred </li><li>2+ years of mortgage industry experience </li></ul> <p>Familiarity with with Microsoft Access and SQL</p>
