<p>Administrative Duties and Supervision of Staff</p> <p>1) Will assist and provide specialization administrative support in development and implementation of EMAC/ EMCCs Strategic Plan for programming function.</p> <p>2) The Shift Supervisor will assure frequent and adequate communication with the Program Director, relaying all pertinent information regarding:</p> <p>a) The students served within the facility</p> <p>b) Staff</p> <p>c) Programmatic Issues</p> <p>d) Facility upkeep</p> <p>e) Incidents or events that occur</p> <p>3) Provides consultation, guidance and direction to QBHPs, Teachers, etc. in his/her assigned program.</p> <p>4) Works cooperatively with co-workers and other agency staff.</p> <p>5) Develop, maintain and ensure the shift schedule is created weekly on Home Base</p> <p>6) Ensures the shift is appropriately staffed according to the capacity of EMAC/ EMCC (within ratio and not overstaffed)</p> <p>7) Monitor attendance and call ins of staff on Home Base</p> <p>8) Oversee new employee orientation of core and pool QBHP's</p> <p>9) Provides feedback and participates in annual and probationary evaluations for staff supervised.</p> <p>10) Monitors and addresses performance deficiencies, e.g. absenteeism, frequent errors, accidents, abuse allegations and is present during counseling/disciplinary meetings with the Program Director and employee according to policy.</p> <p>11) Ensures staff are completing documentation in a thorough and timeline manner including but not limited to:</p> <p>a) Communication Log</p> <p>b) Continuous Observation Log</p> <p>c) Shift Notes</p> <p>12) Ensures and implements the Restraint Reduction Initiative by assisting with special procedures, i.e., seclusions, restraints, etc., and initiates and follows departmental protocols in emergency situations.</p> <p>13) Conduct and document monthly fire drills and quarterly severe weather drills</p> <p>Bachelors degree preferred in specialized area supervised or related field or experience in lieu of degree.</p> <p>Experience should be focused in mental health and related field, for at least 6 months.</p> <p>Shifts available:</p> <p>7p-7a</p>
