<p>A little about your day to day</p> <p>Assist servers and bartenders in cultivating memorable food & beverage for our guests.</p> <p>Every day is different but mostly you'll be</p> <p>Assist Banquet servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests; maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment; stock all wares and equipment needed for service and provide service of coffee breaks and continental breakfasts in accordance with hotel standards and established InterContinental policies and procedures.</p> <p>Assist Bartenders and Cocktail Servers; stock bars with designated supplies, ensuring no shortages for guest service; and maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment, in accordance with hotel standards and established InterContinental policies and procedures.</p> <p>What we need from you</p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum of one year experience in the same or similar role in an upscale or fine dining establishment.</p> </li><li> <p>The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling</p> </li><li> <p>A good grasp of reading, writing and basic math</p> </li><li> <p>Compliance with local laws on food handling</p> </li><li> <p>Great communication - you'll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to</p> </li></ul> <p>What we offer</p> <p>The hourly pay range for this role is $19.61 to $23.61.</p>
