<p>Supply Chain & Operations Manager, Wellness Products</p> <p>Work Mode: Hybrid</p> <p>Location:?Hybrid - Kohler, WI</p> <p>Opportunity</p> <p>The Supply Chain & Operations Manager - Wellness Products will Lead the end-to-end supply chain for a growing wellness-focused business, covering sourcing, transportation, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to meet growth, service, and cost goals.</p> <p>More about the Wellness Products business:</p> <p>We aim to be the leading provider of Mind & Body Wellness solutions for home and professional spa settings. Our team focuses on expanding a wellness-driven product line, delivering a unique go-to-market strategy, and creating memorable showroom and digital experiences. Startup experience is a plus.</p> <p>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement supply chain strategies in collaboration with leadership. </li><li>Oversee network optimization (warehousing, transportation, inventory, and suppliers). </li><li>Partner with New Product Development teams on sourcing strategies and integrating new SKUs. </li><li>Manage supply/demand planning and warehouse capacity, supporting S&OP functions. </li><li>Identify and mitigate risks through contingency planning and real-time monitoring. </li><li>Track KPIs for suppliers, inventory, service, and delivery. </li><li>Build business cases for new supply chain resources; hire and develop high-performing teams. </li><li>Work with 3PLs, suppliers, and customers to ensure operational excellence. </li><li>Understand and influence supply chain cost drivers and forecast impacts. </li></ul> <p>Skills/Requirements</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of supply chain experience required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field a plus. </li><li>Proven project leadership and strong business acumen in retail, wholesale, or e-commerce. </li><li>Data-driven decision making with financial and analytical expertise. </li><li>Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; SAP/SNP experience preferred. </li><li>Advanced degree (MBA) and supply chain certifications (APICS, CSCMP) preferred. </li></ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p> <p>#LI-KZ1</p> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.</p> <p>The salary range for this position is $102,500 - $130,550. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
