<p>Join our team today and immerse yourself in a rewarding career for years to come!</p> <p>As a Therapist with the Urgent Care Mental Health team in Cumberland County, you will be providing mental health support and counseling to individuals who may be in a mental health crisis. Our program offers an alternative for those who are experiencing crisis mental health symptoms and not in need of psychiatric hospitalization. Your role, as therapist, will be essential to our success, and your efforts will influence our ability to provide treatment to our community. You will work with a team of professionals, including peers, case managers, and prescribers. It is the team that assists the individuals throughout their time participating in services both onsite as well as remotely, if preferred.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p with one evening a week of 11:30a-8p; rotating Fridays of 11:30a-8p and Saturdays of 9a-5p</p> <p>Salary: $54,000 USD to $57,000 USD/year</p> <p>Competencies:</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have the abilities to conduct short term psychotherapy and psycho-educational support groups; Can work in a crisis setting; Participate as part of a treatment team; and have knowledge of serious mental illnesses and substance abuse.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct psycho-social assessments </li><li>Develop short term treatment plans and coordinate discharge plans </li><li>Share on-call responsibilities </li><li>Conduct suicide risk assessments </li><li>Conduct daily initial intake assessments </li><li>Manage individual weekly therapy sessions </li><li>Run groups once per week </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary </li><li>Medical and dental insurance </li><li>Vision plan </li><li>Retirement plan </li><li>Flexible spending plans </li><li>EXCELLENT time benefits for qualified positions! </li><li>Opportunity for personal and career growth, including supervision towards professional licensure for eligible candidates </li><li>Team-oriented environment - we practice the FISH!
