Success That Lasts.</p> <p>The Software Sales Account Manager will assist in growing and supporting Hilti Tool Services with a specific focus on ON!Track & Fleet Management with local, regional, and global partners. This role will perform productivity analyses with VIP customers and design optimal solutions to improve customer's business processes. In addition, it will coordinate with local sales team to support to increase sales and penetration of ON!Track & large Fleet Contracts increasing the numbers of Solution Customers (ON!Track & Fleet >$15k) as part of our global customer engagement strategy.</p> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, required </li><li>Minimum of three (3) years consultative selling in the construction industry, required </li><li>Training experience preferred </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, and other corporate team members </li><li>Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required </li><li>Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications </li><li>High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills </li><li>Willingness to travel up to 50% during first 2 months of training </li></ul> <p>Legal Notice</p> <p>Normal office conditions as well as simulated jobsite situations/conditions.</p> <p>Up to 50% domestic travel, required.
