<p>What We Offer The Talent Acquisition Operations and Data Specialist provides project coordination and orchestration of strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives to support the HR Team and the organization. This position will execute and monitor strategic initiatives, enable and support exceptional change management, and communicate effectively to drive HR transformation, operational enhancements, and strategic improvements. This position requires a blend of strong consultative and critical thinking skills with keen knowledge of project management best practices. This position may collaborate with talent acquisition, total rewards, strategic initiatives, solutions center operations, new hire onboarding, leadership development, student programs, or engagement and retention. Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates visible momentum. This is a Remote Position - Candidates must be located in NC, SC, GA, or VA Preferred experience with iCIMS reporting, including generating reports, analyzing recruiting data, and supporting talent acquisition analytics. What You'll Do Manage and update databases and data systems. Clean and validate data to remove errors or duplicates. Analyze data to identify trends and support business decisions. Generate reports, visualize data insights, and present findings to stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Support data migration and integration tasks. Collaborate with teams to understand data needs. Coordinate and manage projects, track progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project goals. What We're Looking For Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred. Experience: 3 Years, required - Project management experience with an emphasis on budget management, board preparation, and merger and acquisitions. 3 Years, required - Budget Management, communications, and/or human resources experience required; experience may include coordinating large-scale, enterprise-wide projects. 3 Years, preferred - Artificial Intelligence, IT experience. Licensure/Certification: PMP Project Management Certification, preferred. Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Communication: Creates an environment that supports and respects diversity to promote creative problem solving. Customer Service: Holds staff accountable for customer service standards and ensures service recovery when needed. Ensures staff responds to customers in a timely manner.
