<p>STATUS: Hourly, Non-Exempt</p> <p>SUPERVISED BY: Packaging Manager</p> <p>SUPERVISES: None</p> <p>JOB CAN BE PERFORMED REMOTELY: No</p> <p>LOCATION: 700 McColley St, Milford DE 19963</p> <p>JOB REQUIRES TRAVEL: No</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Manufacturing Level I Associates are responsible for the packaging all marijuana edibles.</p> <p>TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>Work is performed in a highly sanitized environment with strict protocols for hygiene. • Work involves daily exposure to allergens such as cannabis, tree nuts and coconut oil. </li></ul> <p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>All tasks otherwise assigned by Management. </li><li>Packaging marijuana edibles for sale. </li><li>Weighing marijuana edibles. </li><li>Work additional hours as needed. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Normal range of eyesight and hearing are required (can be corrected). </li><li>Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time. </li><li>Must be able to wear hair nets/beard nets, gloves, and a uniform on a daily basis. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Verbal & written communication skills. </li><li>Teamwork & collaboration skills. </li><li>Problem-solving skills. </li><li>Adaptability & flexibility. </li><li>Time management skills. </li><li>Basic computer literacy skills. </li><li>Attention to detail skills. </li><li>Professionalism & ethics skills. </li><li>Willingness to learn. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>High School diploma or equivalent required.
