As a core member of our growing Nodal team, you will transform market needs and product requirements into scalable, high-quality software.</p> <p>Nodal is a comprehensive SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze structured and unstructured data, predict claim risk, and activate early interventions on high-cost claims. This position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed and travel nationwide for meetings, conferences, and team events.</p> <p>Compensation</p> <p>The overall salary range for this role is $93,700 - $222,985. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.</p> <p>For candidates residing in:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia:</p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li>$107,755 - $177,675 if overall experience is less than 5 years; and <p></p> </li><li> <p>$135,125 - $222,985 for experience greater than 5 years.</p> </li><li> <p>All other states:</p> </li><li> <p>$93,700 - $154,500 if overall experience is less than 5 years; and</p> </li><li> <p>$117,500 - $193,900 for experience greater than 5 years.</p> </li></ul> <p>A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Milliman Benefits</p> <p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees' health, financial security, and well-being.
