The Team Leader will work in collaboration with the Nurse Manager on productivity and HHRG management as well as Quality of Care issues identified by PIE. Team Leaders will also continue to make visits in the community based on time and need. The Team Leader will assist in the promotion of quality of care in the field as well as documentation in the medical record.
