And we do it all with heart, each and every day.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Supplemental Benefits team at CVS is one of the fastest growing business units in the enterprise and is uniquely situated at the center of our retail and healthcare businesses.</p> <p>We are looking for a Business Analytics & Financial Reporting Senior Manager to join the Supplemental Benefits team in an essential role as CVS expands its offerings in this space, which includes the following businesses: OTC Benefits, Rewards, Targeted Kits, HSA/FSA, & SNAP/EBT. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable and able to excel in a wide variety of areas - including data synthesizing, internal/external stakeholder management, and retail financial strategies.</p> <p>Furthermore, the ideal individual should be self-motivated, demonstrate executive presence, and be able to act as a strategic thought partner to both enterprise leaders and external clients. In this role, the Business Analytics & Financial Reporting Senior Manager will work cross-functionally with our inventory, supply chain, retail IT, digital product, marketing CMX, merchandising and store operations teams.</p> <p>Key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ownership of total program reporting and financial reconciliations. Inclusive of building a deep understanding of key data sources and flow </li><li>Champion a comprehensive reporting suite that can be utilized by multiple stakeholders for business intelligence </li><li>Lead all forecasting and budgeting workstreams for both current and outer year planning purposes </li><li>Lead a team focused on analyzing key business trends and deriving macro and micro drivers </li><li>Meet with both internal and external stakeholders to review and present data, crafting mutually compelling stories and strategies </li></ul> <p>Additional elements:</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in sales support, product/implementation management, finance, and across the enterprise to cultivate opportunity </li><li>Establish credibility and strategic partnership with health plan clients </li><li>Dissect consumer insights and foresee business opportunities quickly and gain cross-functional buy-in to maximize results. </li><li>Proficient in excel modeling, advanced PowerPoint, financial modeling, and data analytics </li><li>5-7 years' experience in Retail Category Management, Retail CPG, Financial Analysis or Management Consulting / Investment Banking / Private Equity </li><li>Ability to travel on a limited basis </li><li>General Manager experience with strong business acumen and functional understanding across marketing, finance, and operations </li><li>Omni-channel experience </li><li>MBA from a top tier institution </li></ul> <p>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>The typical pay range for this role is:</p> <p>$82,940.00 - $182,549.00</p> <p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
