If you're experienced in repairs, proactive in problem-solving, and ready to take ownership of your work, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>Schedule: 7am - 5pm</p> <p>Pay Rate: $27 - $30/hr.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on facility equipment and systems </li><li>Handle general building repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) </li><li>Operate forklifts, yard trucks, hand tools, and power tools </li><li>Maintain maintenance logs and coordinate with contractors as needed </li><li>Troubleshoot minor PLCs and pneumatic systems </li><li>Support workplace safety initiatives and uphold OSHA standards </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Must have 3 years of facility maintenance and electrical troubleshooting experience </li><li>Forklift certification (required); welding or metal cutting skills a plus </li><li>Familiarity with CMMS software, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams </li><li>OSHA 10 Certification (required); CPR/First Aid preferred </li><li>Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals </li><li>Comfortable lifting up to 75lbs and working at heights or outdoors </li></ul> <p>This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits that will be provided upon being hired by our client.</p> <p>Join our team that values safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a supportive, collaborative environment.
