<p>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Supervisor to oversee and manage roofing projects on commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, meeting project deadlines, and coordinating materials and labor.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Plan and schedule daily and weekly work activities to ensure timely project completion </li><li>Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers </li><li>Inspect work in progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications, manufacturer specifications, and building codes </li><li>Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress </li><li>Identify and resolve issues that may delay work or affect quality </li><li>Conduct regular safety meetings </li><li>Manage and maintain equipment, maintenance, and logistics on-site </li><li>Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and inspectors </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or roofing preferred </li><li>Ability to pass a background check </li><li>5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role </li><li>Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-up, Metal) </li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings </li><li>OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation </li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Able to work outdoor in varying weather conditions. </li><li>Able to work in physically demanding environment including climbing ladders, lifting heavy materials, and standing for extended periods. </li><li>Ability to travel to job sites as required. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>$80,000 to $120,000 annual compensation range (base pay + incentives) </li><li>Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance </li><li>Company paid Life Insurance </li><li>Company paid short-term disability </li><li>401(k) Plan </li><li>PTO, Vacation & Holidays </li><li>Company Truck, fuel, and cell phone provided for company use (this is not a take home vehicle) </li></ul> <p>Bone Dry Roofing is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
