Included technologies are personal computers, mobile devices, data projectors, video and audio devices, Windows and Mac operating systems and software. Responsibilities include end user support, hardware service, installations of OS and applications, and asset management.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide first level of computer and classroom technology support. </li><li>Setup and deployment of computers. </li><li>Maintaining asset management data. </li><li>Performing equipment receiving, retiring, and other inventory processes. </li><li>Equipment maintenance and arranging vendor service. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>This position requires on-site attendance at the UCL facility in Research Park. Demonstrated computer skills, human relations and effective communication skills are required.</p> <p>Preferences</p> <p>Familiarity with system imaging and software deployment tools is favorable.
