Join us to make legends happen!</p> <p>THE ROLE</p> <p>The Events Truck Driver is a part-time employee supporting the Events Team in transporting merchandise to and from client events throughout the United States on a part-time "as needed" basis. The Events Driver is a Class A CDL license holder with experience operating diesel-powered tractor-trailers combination/pick-up trucks, gooseneck trailers combination/pick-up trucks, tag trailer combination and others. The Events Truck Driver will have a tremendous amount of interaction and personal involvement with leadership and staff and must always represent Legends Global Merchandise in a professional, gracious, and knowledgeable manner.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Drives and parks semi-tractor/trailer, equipment and other designated vehicle to events as scheduled </li><li>Maintains driver log according to DOT regulations. </li><li>Inspects vehicles for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating their condition. </li><li>Ensures proper care, use, and organization of all equipment prior to, during, and after the event. </li><li>Maintenance, cleaning, and detailing of company vehicles. </li><li>Skilled to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. </li><li>Able to write routine reports and correspondence. </li><li>Assists with loading and unloading, desired (negotiable) </li><li>Adheres to Legends' policies and procedures associated with the event personnel </li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
