The role provides strategic direction and guidance to the pursuit team in developing response strategies and preparing materials.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Leads and assist with oversight of proposal activities, including leading proposal support staff teams. Manages proposal schedules and deadlines, develops proposal outline, and partners with the pursuit champion to monitor the progress of proposals. </li><li>Leads and writes qualification packages, proposals and leave behind material for pursuits. </li><li>Collaborates with technical staff and writes/reviews/edits original content for clarity, compliance and key messages. </li><li>Works with pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including partnering with national resources to drive HNTB's sales approach, providing business intelligence on clients, competitors and HNTB. </li><li>Organizes and may facilitate pursuit strategy meetings. </li><li>Leads the pursuit team on presentation phase, including presentation coaching. </li><li>Organizes and coaches technical staff in presentation phase. </li><li>May lead strategic initiatives. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 8 years relevant experience, or </li><li>In lieu of degree, 12 years of relevant experience </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs with proficiency. </li><li>Working with pursuit teams to research and develop actionable win strategies that address client needs and meet strategic goals. </li><li>Writing persuasively and editing text to create compelling and grammatically correct copy for proposals and branding materials, improving proposal organization, readability, completeness, and clarity. </li><li>Coordinating writing and graphics support to achieve pursuit objectives and meet deadlines, performing quality and compliance reviews. </li><li>Working with the pursuit team to prepare presentations and provide presentation/interview coaching to effectively use meeting time to get the critical information. </li><li>Facilitating discovery and strategy meetings. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Click here for benefits information: HNTB Total Rewards</p> <p>Click here to learn more about Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran</p> <p>Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.</p> <p>#EL #MarketingSalesCommunications #Architecture #LI-EL1</p> <p>.</p> <p>Locations:</p> <p>Denver, CO, Kansas City, MO, Los Angeles, CA (Figueroa Street), New York, NY</p> <p>.</p> <p>The approximate pay range for New York is $107,692.55 - $210,552.75.
