We are seeking a strategic and experienced EDUCARE Product Manager to lead the global digital education strategy, fueling the performance, integration, and growth of our online learning management system for Health Care Professionals (HCPs).</p> <p>In this role, you will own the end-to-end digital experience strategy for EDUCARE, Boston Scientific's customer-facing education platform. You will partner closely with global stakeholders across marketing, medical education, compliance, and technology teams to define and drive improvements to performance, user experience, engagement, and adoption. You will play a critical role in aligning digital education with omnichannel strategies and ensuring EDUCARE delivers best-in-class value to our customers.</p> <p>This role reports to the Senior Group Manager of Digital Experience and serves as the key liaison between the business and the IT Platform Delivery team, translating business needs into actionable digital initiatives and enhancements.</p> <p>Work mode:</p> <p>At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.</p> <p>Visa sponsorship:</p> <p>Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Own and drive an outcome-based strategic plan for Boston Scientific's global EDUCARE experience in collaboration with business unit and regional partners, UX, marketing, customer experience, medical education, compliance, and the EDUCARE product owner </li><li>Translate business requirements into a product roadmap aligned with medical education goals and platform capabilities, working closely with the EDUCARE Product Owner to support feature prioritization and delivery </li><li>Integrate EDUCARE into digital marketing, medical education, and omnichannel programs to create seamless customer experiences </li><li>Partner with global analytics teams to define measurement frameworks, track performance, and improve ROI </li><li>Lead EDUCARE's Global Center of Excellence (COE), facilitating knowledge sharing, testing insights, and roadmap alignment across regions and business units </li><li>Identify opportunities to gather customer feedback and insights through market research and user testing </li><li>Collaborate with UX/UI teams to continuously improve user experience and interface design </li><li>Work with content and functional subject matter experts to optimize SEO and GEO strategies for EDUCARE, enhancing organic traffic and visibility in AI-powered search </li><li>Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify innovation opportunities in digital education, particularly in emerging technologies and AI </li><li>Evaluate, prioritize, and coordinate scalable platform enhancements in collaboration with technical teams to deliver impactful user experiences </li><li>Ensure all EDUCARE digital properties function effectively and deliver an exceptional experience to customers </li><li>Establish governance frameworks for content management, data usage, publishing standards, and platform integrity </li><li>Lead change management activities to support successful adoption of EDUCARE initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, communications planning, training, and feedback loops </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. </li><li>Seven or more years of progressive experience in learning management systems (LMS), digital marketing, or website management </li><li>Minimum of five years of direct experience managing digital platforms or online customer education strategies </li><li>Experience in or understanding of the medical device industry, specifically in medical education or customer training </li><li>Strong ability to conceptualize, analyze, and evaluate digital initiatives, with proven success in strategy and execution </li><li>Advanced knowledge of digital performance tracking tools and ROI measurement frameworks </li><li>Proven experience working in a matrixed organization with a complex technology stack, including CRM, LMS, CMS, identity management, consent management, taxonomy/tagging, personalization, and analytics tools </li><li>Demonstrated success leading digital transformation initiatives with an understanding of cross-functional impacts, technical dependencies, and change management requirements </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience developing or managing global customer education platforms within the healthcare or medical device industry </li><li>Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies tailored for educational content and AI-powered platforms </li><li>Knowledge of governance frameworks related to digital content and data management </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across global teams </li></ul> <p>Requisition ID: 612468</p> <p>Minimum Salary: $99100</p> <p>Maximum Salary: $188300</p> <p>The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
