Our team is committed to building and optimizing scalable data solutions that handle billions of records, ensuring that our data infrastructure is robust, efficient, and ready for the future.</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>Accuris is hiring an ambitious, proactive Outbound SDR specializing in strategic account growth and customer retention. You will leverage cutting-edge AI-driven sales technology to identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with new economic buyers and influencers within existing strategic accounts. You'll qualify and schedule qualified meetings directly for Account Executives, with an option to involve sellers on qualification calls for larger or more strategic account opportunities as you ramp your capabilities. Your work will expand our footprint, reduce customer churn, and proactively uncover renewal and upsell opportunities.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Proactively engage net-new contacts within strategic accounts using sales intelligence tools (Clay, Gong Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). </li><li>Schedule qualified meetings autonomously through Calendly, involving Account Executives selectively for strategic or complex opportunities. </li><li>Execute high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn. </li><li>Implement regular check-ins, renewal and churn mitigation sequences, proactively addressing risks. </li><li>Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on expansion strategies. </li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze outreach effectiveness. </li><li>Provide feedback for continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1-3+ years outbound sales development experience in strategic account management or customer success within high-growth B2B SaaS. </li><li>Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach. </li><li>Experience with Calendly, Clay, Gong Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce/HubSpot. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills for senior-level stakeholder interactions. </li></ul> <p>Compensation/Benefits Information:</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 and the anticipated total OTE for this role is $110,000 - $135,000. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
