<p>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Active Directory architecture and administration.</p> <p>Proven experience with On Prem AD and Azure AD migration projects.</p> <p>Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent.</p> <p>In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related technologies.</p> <p>Strong understanding of Azure AD, including identity management, conditional access, and synchronization.</p> <p>Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.</p> <p>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</p> <p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p> <p>Architecting Active Directory Solutions: Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure Active Directory infrastructure for both on-premises and cloud environments.</p> <p>Migration Projects: Lead and execute migration projects from on-prem AD to Azure AD, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.</p> <p>Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams during project planning and implementation phases.</p> <p>Security and Compliance: Ensure Active Directory solutions comply with organizational security policies and industry standards.</p> <p>Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Active Directory environments.</p> <p>Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Active Directory and associated technologies.</p> <p>Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for architectures, processes, and migration plans.</p> <p>Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver successful projects.</p> <p>Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum</p> <p>#LI-SV2</p>
