<p>Description</p> <p>We have operations in Saint Louis, Missouri, Huntington Beach, California, and Milford, Connecticut, serving local, national and international customers, both military and commercial. The company supplies platform controls, aircraft components, liquid oxygen equipment, and emergency breathing equipment to its customers.</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and oversee work of inspectors. </li><li>Distribute work to insure level workloads. </li><li>Provide and train inspectors as needed to perform duties. </li><li>Fills in for Supervisor when he/she is not available. </li><li>Manage receiving inspection in a timely manner. </li><li>Coordinate and conduct FAI per procedures. </li><li>Manage and keep records of all regulatory requirements. </li><li>Coordinate with purchasing and production all necessary outside process per blue print. </li><li>Attend production meetings and follow through shipping schedules related to quality. </li><li>Conducts in-process and final inspection of sub-assemblies and products per blue print and procedures. </li><li>Processes daily first pass yield sheets from all testers from DPMO. </li><li>Testing of sub-assemblies and products per test procedures. </li><li>Packing inspection per blue print and procedures. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Technical education including Blue Print reading and inspection techniques. </li><li>3 years or more experience in Quality Assurance, auditing experience preferable, familiarity with regulatory guidelines, experience in inspection of product and process. </li><li>Competence in utilizing measurement such as micrometers, calipers, scales, etc. </li><li>Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS 9100. </li><li>The pay for this position starts at a minimum of $29.45/hr. when the minimum job requirements are met and goes up based upon a candidate's experience and qualifications in a similar role.
