This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and who thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Job Title: Machine Operator</p> <p>Location: City of Industry, CA</p> <p>Shift: 1st shift</p> <p>Pay Rate: $17.29/hr</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday/overtime when needed</p> <p>Job duties/Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Operate Machinery:</p> </li><li> <p>Start, stop, and monitor food processing or packaging machines (mixers, conveyors, slicers, fillers, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and output.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor Production:</p> </li><li> <p>Check for consistent quality, speed, and safety during production runs.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform routine visual inspections of materials and finished products.</p> </li><li> <p>Load/Unload Materials:</p> </li><li> <p>Feed raw ingredients or packaging materials into machines.</p> </li><li> <p>Remove finished products from the line for packing or further processing.</p> </li><li> <p>Quality Control:</p> </li><li> <p>Follow company and FDA/USDA food safety standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Report defective products, unusual smells, or contamination risks.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow Safety Procedures:</p> </li><li> <p>Wear required PPE (hairnet, gloves, safety glasses, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Adhere to company safety policies and report hazards or accidents.</p> </li><li> <p>Team Collaboration:</p> </li><li> <p>Work with supervisors, quality assurance, and other operators to meet production goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate effectively during shift handovers.</p> </li></ul> <p>West Covina CA 3050</p>
