This is an opportunity to join a team that is passionate about delivering high-quality results and driving growth.</p> <p>Salary/Hourly Rate:</p> <p>$25/hr - $28/hr</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Recruiting Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting recruitment operations, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and helping the team meet hiring objectives. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:</p> <ul> <li>Act as a key liaison between hiring managers and the recruiting team, ensuring clear and timely communication. </li><li>Monitor and respond to inquiries in the recruiting inbox promptly and professionally. </li><li>Accurately process job requisition and onboarding forms. </li><li>Maintain and update job postings and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). </li><li>Coordinate candidate assessments and follow up on completion. </li><li>Draft and distribute offer letters for selected candidates. </li><li>Assist in creating engaging recruitment content to promote open roles. </li><li>Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to track recruiting metrics. </li><li>Keep organized documentation for compliance and reporting purposes. </li><li>Schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. </li><li>Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless new hire experience. </li><li>Support job description development and contribute to recruitment strategy discussions. </li><li>Provide backup support to other recruiting functions when needed. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Skills for the Recruiting Coordinator:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative roles. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). </li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. </li><li>Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. </li><li>Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems. </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience/Skills for the Recruiting Coordinator:</p> <ul> <li>Experience creating recruitment marketing materials or social media content. </li><li>Knowledge of candidate assessment tools or surveys. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay structure. </li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits. </li><li>Paid time off and holidays. </li><li>Opportunities for career development and growth. </li></ul>
