We have been recognized for sales growth, profitability, and guest experience by maintaining high standards, recruiting high-performing leaders, and driving innovation.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Train and develop a high-performing team </li><li>Coach leaders through encouragement and on-floor guidance </li><li>Model Second Mile Service and a guest-first mindset </li><li>Maintain high standards for taste, speed, cleanliness, friendliness, and accuracy </li><li>Enforce food safety, quality, and handbook policies </li><li>Coach team leaders on proper procedures and people development </li><li>Ensure professionalism and positive attitude across the team </li><li>Help prevent and resolve personnel issues </li><li>Maintain cleanliness, stocking, and product organization </li><li>Support the director team with food cost, labor analysis, and guest experience </li><li>Work with Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders to improve team and guest experience </li><li>Open availability (day and night) for 40-45 hours per week, typical shifts 2:00-11:00 or 6:30-3:00 </li><li>Available for all holidays including Black Friday, Tulip Time, and December </li><li>Willing to start with majority of hours in position, earning administrative time over time </li><li>Be on call on days off or come in early if needed </li><li>Support the operator, directors, and restaurant with any additional tasks </li></ul> <p>Success factors: How you know you are winning</p> <ul> <li>Fast, caring guest experience </li><li>Consistent, craveable product </li><li>Daily execution of food safety systems </li><li>Attention to detail in guest orders </li><li>Retention of team members and leaders </li><li>80/80 Rule: 80% of the team trained in 80% of positions </li><li>Exemplary stewardship of resources </li><li>All metrics top 20% or above for Chick-fil-A </li></ul> <p>Minimum requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Able to work 40-45 hours per week </li><li>Proven leadership in a fast-paced restaurant </li><li>2 years consecutive leadership experience </li><li>Reliable transportation </li><li>Willingness to grow and take on challenges </li><li>Strong accountability for self and team </li><li>Positive attitude and energy </li><li>Excellent communication and situational awareness </li><li>Sense of urgency </li><li>Integrity </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>2-year degree or pursuing one </li><li>3 years of Chick-fil-A experience </li><li>ServSafe certified </li></ul> <p>Pay: Up to $22.00 / hour</p> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
