<p>Additional Information About the Role</p> <p>Director, Emergency Services at St. Louis Children's Hospital</p> <p>This leader will oversee the Emergency Services, Trauma Services, EMS Outreach Programs, provide oversight for the STAR Program and oversee the Safety Stop Program for St. Louis Children's Hospital.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Role Purpose</p> <p>Provides strategic vision and direction for the Emergency Department, Emergency Transport Team and Trauma Program. Accountable for effective operations and management of these programs. Ensures development of staff and systems to provide outstanding patient care and service, meet all regulatory requirements, and achieve success in all key result areas for scope of responsibility. Partners effectively with physician staff to ensure outcomes are achieved.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed.
