Seeks guidance from company management or designated representatives as needed. Meets with employees to document coaching and disciplinary actions. </li><li>Training & Oversight: Trains Security Officers and other company personnel. Reviews post orders and assignment details with subordinates. </li><li>Payroll & Scheduling: Assists in payroll submission and personnel management. Ensures adequate coverage for all posts and positions in coordination with management. </li><li>Client Interaction: Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to ensure all security requirements are met and quality customer service is provided. </li><li>Reporting: Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required. </li><li>Post Inspections: Inspects posts and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities. </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Duties:</p> <p>In accordance with applicable company policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal laws, supervisory duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Interviewing, orienting, and training employees </li><li>Planning, assigning, and directing work </li><li>Coaching and appraising employee performance </li><li>Rewarding and disciplining employees </li><li>Addressing complaints and resolving problems </li><li>Making hiring and termination recommendations </li></ul> <p>Other Duties:</p> <p>May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders and company policies.</p> <p>See a Different World.</p> <p>Securitas is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
