This operation is part of the Electrocoat process in our Finishing Department. Reporting to the Ecoat Process Supervisor, the successful candidate will be detail-oriented, thorough, organized and have the ability to multi-task.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Promote Safety as the Number One Priority of all OMG employees </li><li>Troubleshoot, maintain and optimize treatment process </li><li>Guarantee use of and train on appropriate safety procedures </li><li>Perform jar test procedures and operate hydraulic filter presses </li><li>Precipitate metals from wastewater using coagulants, flocculants, and pH adjustment </li><li>Manage solid waste and prep DOT containers for shipment </li><li>Organize and track inventory of wastewater chemicals </li><li>Ensure compliance with Massachusetts DEP Discharge Permit </li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned </li></ul>
