<p>MAIN FUNCTION: The Diagnostic Imaging Assistant Level 5 position at the Quarry Walk Imaging and Diagnostics Center at Quarry Walk will provide a variety of functions including registration, front end office operations, manage outpatient schedules and precerts, copay collection, perform phlebotomy as well as EKG and provide clinical assistance in the Center to the technical and Physician staff. This staff member will support daily operations to the MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, EKG and the Lab areas within the Quarry Walk Imaging Center.</p> <p>EDUCATION: High school graduate. CPR certification required. Phlebotomy certification preferred.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>Medical Office Experience Required</p> <p>Medical Terminology required</p> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office required</p> <p>Copay collection experience preferred</p> <p>1-3 years Phlebotomy experience required</p> <p>Phlebotomy certification preferred</p> <p>1-3 years EKG experience preferred</p> <p>Ability to function under pressure of time demands</p> <p>Position requires eye-hand and gross body coordination skills</p> <p>Position requires the ability to concentrate on details in spite of interruptions and attend to tasks for more than 30 minutes at a time.
