Your own team. </li><li>Manage your own patient panel in a faculty-resident Patient Centered Medical Home - with a clinical pharmacist, behavioral psychologist, and case manager already in place </li><li>Precept residents in primary care continuity clinic </li><li>Attend on an inpatient resident ward team using an interdisciplinary bedside rounding model, working alongside OHSU and regional medical students </li></ul> <p>Education & Leadership (0.44 FTE)</p> <ul> <li>Real protected time to grow as an educator. </li><li>Teach, evaluate, and mentor residents; participate in intern recruitment and interviews </li><li>Develop conference lectures and curriculum </li><li>Guide resident QI projects and scholarly work in medical education </li><li>Partner with GME and residency leadership on program vision and innovation </li></ul> <p>What We Value:</p> <p>We measure faculty success by clinical excellence and the quality of teaching - not publication counts.
