This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead digital marketing strategy and execution, balancing spend with long-term business growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee a team of Campaign Managers to ensure maximum performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Guide testing initiatives - defining hypotheses, analyzing results and shaping next steps.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Operations and Analytics teams to deliver insights that inform our merchandising, creative and advertising efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-channel teams to evaluate performance and ensure cohesive messaging.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a Uline contact with vendor partners including Google, Microsoft / Bing, Skai, etc.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field.
