<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Supply Chain Business Operations Analyst I works under the direction of the Supply Chain Business Operations Manager. This role collaborates closely with other Business Analysts and operational teams to enhance enterprise-wide functional areas using existing supply chain solutions. The Analyst applies both business practice and systems knowledge to provide continuous production and development support. Business Analyst I is detailed oriented applies and incorporates continuous improvement principles.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday</p> <p>Hours: Full-time 8:00am - 5:00pm</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day operational support for Supply Chain systems and tools. Performs operational system tasks and maintenance as assigned. May be asked to participate in process consultations. </li><li>Troubleshoot issues related to system functionality and data integrity. </li><li>Develop and maintain simple ad-hoc queries and perform data analysis. </li><li>Create high-quality documentation and training materials in collaboration with the Field Team; assist in system training for end-users. </li><li>Recommend system improvements based on user interactions, data analysis, and expertise. </li><li>Work closely with business areas and project teams to assess needs and interpret policies, laws, and functional requirements into system design documents.
