<p>This position pays $17 an hour. Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm. This position is on-site 5 days a week.</p> <p>Daily pay offered upon hire!</p> <p>We are seeking a detailed-oriented and self-motivated Production Scheduler Assistant to support our manufacturing operations. The Production Scheduler Assistant is responsible for assisting the Lead Production Scheduler handling day to day administrative tasks. This role is critical in ensuring smooth production workflows by managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate data across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multi-tasking, and demonstrates strong proficiency in Excel and enterprise systems. This position is for someone who is comfortable working in an office/production environment.</p> <p>Compensation: This position pays $17 an hour</p> <p>Education/Experience</p> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Print and distribute shop packets for production teams</p> <p>Coordinate and update assembly schedules to align with production goals</p> <p>Generate and print product labels accurately and on time</p> <p>Enter and maintain work orders using Excel, NetSuite, and Mattec systems</p> <p>Ensuring parts and subassemblies are available for daily build schedules</p> <p>Serves as a backup for Lead Production Scheduler</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <p>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</p> <p>Strong organizational and time management skills</p> <p>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment</p> <p>Self-Starter with pro-active approach to problem-solving</p> <p>Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment</p> <p>Advanced Excel skills including formula creation, Pivot tables, spreadsheet formatting and data organization.</p> <p>Experience with ERP Systems such as NetSuite and manufacturing software like Mattec</p> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This job operates in production manufacturing warehouse. May be required to wear common (PPE)Protective or Safety Equipment such as Safety Shoes, Glasses, Gloves, Hearing Protection.</p> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
