<p>Position</p> <p>Objective:</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and deploy rapid e-learning training for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-learning authoring tools and consistently deliver high-quality work on time with attention to detail.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITES:</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>eLearning Development:</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning modules using industry-standard authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate). </li><li>Create visually appealing, interactive and e-learning content aligned with defined learning objectives. </li><li>Test and troubleshoot e-learning courses to ensure optimal user experience across all platforms. </li></ul> <p>Instructional Design:</p> <ul> <li>Analyse learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop effective instructional strategies. </li><li>Develop storyboards, scripts, course outlines that apply adult learning principles and industry best practices. </li><li>Continuously improve instructional content based on learner feedback and system adoption data . </li></ul> <p>Learning Management:</p> <ul> <li>Upload, manage, and track e-learning using the organization's learning management tools. </li><li>Monitor learner progress and generate reports to evaluate training effectiveness </li><li>Provide technical support to users navigating e-learning programs. </li></ul> <p>Training intake and analysis:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct training request intakes to collaborate with stakeholders to identify the root cause of the performance gaps. </li><li>Evaluate stakeholder data and requests to inform learning solution recommendations. </li><li>Propose solutions that best address organization needs, considering time, delivery method, and available resources -even when these differ from initial client requests. </li></ul>
