<p>Position: Merchandiser</p> <p>Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt</p> <p>Location: Hilton Head, SC</p> <p>Reports To: Supervisor of Merchandising</p> <p>Servicing Zip Code (and surrounding areas): 29926</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Wage $15 to include Travel time between accounts is paid. </li><li>Referral Retention bonus after 6 months as defined in the Program details. </li></ul> <p>Direct Reports: None</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Assigned stores are serviced on designated weekdays according to the established schedule. </li></ul> <p>Travel: Travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover territory</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>General merchandising experience preferred but not required. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Able to multitask and detail-oriented. </li><li>Conduct self in a professional manner. </li><li>Adherence to the company's attendance policy. </li><li>Reliable transportation for travel. </li><li>Able to use Movista and/or other company-required applications. </li><li>Have personal cell phone and mobile device, such as a tablet. </li><li>Proficient with Word, the internet, and email applications. </li></ul> <p>Employment contingent on background check, drug test, and MVR clearance.</p> <p>Summary of Responsibilities:</p> <p>100% Merchandising</p> <ul> <li>Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying appropriate store and/or corporate standards. Safely and efficiently replenish product. May assemble shelves/racks and display cases following measurement guidelines. </li><li>Service all stores as scheduled within the allotted hours provided by Supervisor, Merchandising.
