Description</p> <p>Inbound Membership Specialist Job Description</p> <p>Wage: DOE</p> <p>Shift: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:30am- 5:30pm</p> <p>Benefits: Free Thanksgiving Point Membership for you and immediate family; medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance; 401(k); Employee Assistance Program; Financial Assistance Program; Thanksgiving Point venue discounts; and more!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Proactively contact current, former, and prospective members and clients. </li><li>Facilitate inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and online chat requests. </li><li>Reach out to members who failed to autorenew and track sales that were captured. </li><li>Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide timely solutions regarding customer issues, account concerns, and transactions. </li><li>Update CRM system, including payment information on failed transactions and interaction tracking. </li><li>Prepare and send documentation to team members and coworkers. </li><li>Support the management and daily operation of the auto-renew membership program, including the systems and processes that drive it. </li><li>Create a positive, welcoming environment for members, guests, and colleagues. </li><li>Utilize multiple software systems to support and resolve member and guest needs. </li><li>Enter and maintain accurate records of member interactions in the CRM system. </li><li>Manage database maintenance and help with issue resolution. </li><li>Help with organizing and managing paper record filing systems. </li><li>Assist with inventory of departmental supplies. </li><li>Support departmental events and other projects as needed. </li><li>Exemplify Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values, and Policies. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Reliable, responsive, positive, and professional at all times. </li><li>Previous related experience preferred. </li><li>Great customer service and phone skills. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency with Word, Excel and other related Office Software, including the ability to type at least 40 wpm. </li><li>Physical requirements include: able to lift 20lbs, sit for long periods of time, manipulate small objects, and communicate clearly in English. </li><li>Must be graduated from High School and be at least 18 years old. </li><li>Must pass a background check. </li></ul> <p>EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
