<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Must be available to work in the Rosemont office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays</p> <p>Pay Range-</p> <p>USD $87,264.00Annually- USD $109,080.00 Annually</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>The Project manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of supply chain cross-functional projects in alignment with business strategy, including process improvement, project implementation, and root cause analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>You will align with suppliers and internal stakeholders on shared metrics and targets to provide recommendations for solutions, ongoing updates, and delays</p> </li><li> <p>Lead supply chain system implementations and automation initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Project Managers create and update training materials and develop subject matter expertise for systems, including PowerPoint and Excel and in areas of purchasing and planning</p> </li><li> <p>The Project manager participates in long-term strategic planning and improvement to drive standardization of best practices</p> </li><li> <p>Additionally, you will communicate updates and results with stakeholders and senior leadership, balancing meeting business objectives ensuring accountability while promoting collaboration</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree and 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 plus years of specific experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
