As a nonprofit healthcare organization, we are committed to delivering person-centered care, fostering dignity, and promoting community integration in a nurturing and supportive environment.</p> <p>Our mission-driven team works together to create enriching experiences and meaningful outcomes for the individuals we serve.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>This position is responsible for the supervision and/or coordination of nursing staff, and delegation, oversight, and coordination of nursing activities and functions on the assigned shift. The Nursing Supervisor practices good nursing judgment in every delegation decision and promotes cooperation and coordination of nursing activities within the interdisciplinary team.</p> <p>Pay Rates & Available Shifts</p> <p>LPN Starting Pay Rate: The base pay is $29.25/hour, with an additional $2.00/hour shift differential, and $2.00/hour weekend shift differential. Days worked as a relief supervisor have an additional $4.00/hour differential.</p> <p>RN Starting Pay Rate: The base pay is $35.25/hour, with an additional $2.00/hour shift differential, and $2.00/hour weekend shift differential. Days worked as a relief supervisor have an additional $4.00/hour differential.</p> <p>Essential Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Ensure new nurses are properly oriented to the facility, its organization, residents, and receive necessary training within the required timeframe. </li><li>Assign and manage nursing staff for each shift, ensuring adequate staffing levels, including agency staff scheduling, assignments, cancellations, and monitoring overall agency scheduling. </li><li>Investigate and address problems and complaints in collaboration with the Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). </li><li>Schedule and conduct meetings with unit nurses to share information and address concerns as directed by the DON/ADON. </li><li>Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering in-services and educational programs for both licensed and unlicensed staff. </li><li>Work with supervisory staff in other departments to resolve facility-wide issues. </li><li>Support unit nurses in collecting data for team meetings and ensure attendance at team meetings, annual IHP meetings, and quarterly reviews.
