Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>This Automation Business Process Analyst will work with stakeholders and developers on process automation opportunities. They will provide process analysis and create documents, such as process definition documents (PDDs) and aide in creating the solution design documents (SDDs). They will define business requirements and test case scenarios of the future state of automated business processes. They will capture and understand the current business processes/workflows and provide documentation to assist in moving to an automation solution. This role will span all aspects of the organization including clinical, back office, University, Revenue Cycle, etc.</p> <p>Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.</p> <p>Other information:</p> <p>equired Job Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or 7+ years related IT work experience</p> <p>General understanding of Agentic AI and orchestration in healthcare industry</p> <p>5+ years experience with RPA, UiPath or major platforms (i.e. Epic, ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce etc)</p> <p>5+ years experience documenting requirements and workflows</p> <p>Excellent documentation and professional tools experience such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, etc.</p> <p>Excellent communication skills ability to effectively understand and explain new business processes to stakeholders and users</p> <p>Ability to coach, mentor, and provide feedback</p> <p>Analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills</p> <p>Preferred Job Qualifications:</p> <p>UiPath Certification - UiPath Certified Professional, Automation Business Analyst Professional. If the candidate does not have UiPath experience, they must be certified within the first 6 months. This position will require the maintenance of the certification</p> <p>Lean Six Sigma or other Process Improvement methodology experience</p> <p>Experience in Agentic AI or any AI platforms such as OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, Amazon Bedrock or Hugging Face etc</p> <p>General knowledge of SQL and Databases</p> <p>Deep understanding of RPA specifically UiPath development methodologies</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Will gather requirements and understand current business processes for automation candidates</p> <p>Lead end to end process analysis initiative ,mapping current state and workiwith Architect to design future state process</p> <p>Identifies opportunities for automation use cases and educates the business about viable automation</p> <p>Facilitate discovery workshops for automation programs, including managing stakeholders, leading LSS process improvement activities, and supporting automation design</p> <p>Assists in and creation of automation design documents to support business decision-making, process streamlining, automation development and performance</p> <p>Creates automation business cases to document automation business value and ROI</p> <p>Architect agent based solutions tailored to specific business needs and work with automation team to provide end to end solution</p> <p>Conduct business stakeholder workshops to identify process challenges and convert them into business case</p> <p>Partners with developers, solution architects, vendors and project managers to create timelines, automation development and business validation to leadership</p> <p>Assists in the creation of automation roadmap; executes upon automation initiatives and delivery of timelines for themselves and other Analysts as needed</p> <p>Ability to communicate with stakeholders clearly, timely and professionally, both in writing and verbally</p> <p>Independently problem solve to remove blockers, identify risks, and create mitigation plans, and escalate timely</p> <p>High-level knowledge of automation tools, including UiPath capabilities</p> <p>Proficiency in UiPath tools, including robot, agent, studio, and orchestrator</p> <p>Provide solution designs to clients during new deployments, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and project implementation phases</p> <p>Understands and follows through with business requirements during all phases of development</p> <p>Communicates effectively within the RUSH organization across all teams.</p> <p>Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
