<p>Lakeland Florida Kenworth is seeking a customer service focused individual to take on our Service Advisor role. Excellent starting wage and comprehensive benefits offered. We are a successful and growing dealer group with locations in over four states that is looking to add another valuable member to our high performing team!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Create a positive initial contact with service customers </li><li>Insure that all service phone calls are handled professionally and expediently </li><li>Work closely with shop foremen to schedule service repairs </li><li>Perform additional duties as required by the Service Manager </li><li>Perform all required tasks in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures </li></ul> <p>Primary Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Open work orders </li><li>Discuss service issues with customer and create an accurate description of customer's service problems and requests </li><li>Determine method of payment and explain payment requirements to customer before work commences </li><li>Maintain communication with customer as necessary during the repair process </li><li>Maintain complete knowledge of OEM and vendor warranties </li><li>Close repair orders </li></ul>
