<p>Logistics Analyst - Remote!</p> <p>One of CRG's largest clients is looking to add a Logistics Analyst to their team on a contract to permanent basis! This role will work to coordinate international shipments and serve as a subject matter expect with planning, scheduling, tracking, and providing updates to relevant parties. This role has the potential to move into a full time permanent position for candidates who perform well!</p> <p>Location: REMOTE!</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday regular business hours</p> <p>Compensation: $30-$33/hour + Benefits</p> <p>Opportunity Type: 7 month contract to PERMANENT!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate international shipments across multiple transportation modes (ocean, air, parcel, full truckload, and less-than-truckload). </li><li>Assist with planning, scheduling, tracking, and resolving issues for cross-border shipments. </li><li>Ensure smooth communication and handoffs between internal teams and third-party logistics providers. </li><li>Monitor carrier and 3PL performance, including service levels, costs, and compliance. </li><li>Track key metrics such as on-time delivery, transit times, damages, and freight costs. </li><li>Help resolve carrier issues and follow up on corrective actions. </li><li>Review freight spending and shipping performance to identify cost-saving opportunities. </li><li>Assist with freight audits by checking invoices and verifying charges. </li><li>Create reports and dashboards using transportation and logistics systems. </li><li>Help ensure shipments meet international regulations and internal policies. </li><li>Support accurate preparation of shipping documents. </li><li>Assist with audits and documentation reviews. </li><li>Communicate shipment updates, delays, and issues to internal teams. </li><li>Help resolve delivery problems with logistics partners. </li><li>Identify ways to improve transportation processes and data accuracy. </li><li>Support routing improvements, mode changes, and system updates. </li><li>Document standard procedures as needed. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). </li><li>3-5 years of experience in international transportation or logistics. </li><li>Understanding of ocean, air, full truckload (FTL), and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping. </li><li>Experience working with carriers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs). </li><li>Familiarity with international shipping documentation and compliance basics. </li><li>Experience using SAP Software </li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with global transportation operations. </li><li>Exposure to freight cost analysis or lane optimization. </li><li>Experience with reporting or data visualization tools. </li></ul> <p>Category Code: JN014, JN044</p> <p>#LI-WP1</p>
