If you're passionate about delivering precision-engineered solutions that exceed standards and stand the test of time, we'd love to meet you.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead plumbing design and implementation across diverse projects, ensuring systems are optimized for performance, cost, and compliance. </li><li>Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to develop detailed designs, calculate system requirements, and recommend installation equipment and solutions tailored to each project. </li><li>Serve as the primary engineer responsible for assigned projects, ensuring all plumbing components meet operational, safety, and quality standards. </li><li>Provide documentation including bases of design, narrative specifications, recycled water/dual water reports. </li><li>Conduct inspections of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment, ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulatory codes. </li><li>Assist with fabrication activities when necessary, applying your technical expertise to bring designs from paper to reality. </li><li>Maintain a current and comprehensive knowledge of plumbing products, industry standards, and emerging technologies to deliver forward-thinking solutions. </li><li>Evaluate design drawings to guarantee top-quality construction deliverables that align with client and company expectations. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing plumbing systems within a construction or engineering environment. </li><li>High proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Excel; familiarity with Revit is highly desirable. </li><li>Strong working knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, specifications, and industry best practices. </li><li>Exceptional collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams. </li><li>Ability, prioritize tasks, and deliver on schedule without compromising quality. </li><li>Professional Engineering license and LEED certification is a plus, and a passion for sustainability is even better. </li></ul> <p>Join Us:</p> <p>At Therma, your work matters.
