<p>Summary:</p> <p>The Asset Recovery team is responsible for converting and recovering the value of equipment that may no longer be used or needed. We are seeking a Rigger with CDL who doesn't just drive, but works side-by-side with the crew throughout the day. This role involves tearing down transformers, stacking steel, operating forklifts, loading and tying down trucks, and assisting with warehouse duties. In addition, our team frequently hauls OD/OW (oversized/overweight) loads, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable with this type of driving and work.</p> <p>The Rigger with CDL will play a key role in both field and transportation operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Valid CDL with experience hauling OD/OW loads. </li><li>Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. </li><li>Maintain an excellent safety record. </li><li>Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical abilities test. </li><li>Willingness and ability to travel to out-of-state job sites. </li><li>Self-motivated and capable of completing tasks without direct supervision. </li><li>Strong team player with a positive attitude. </li><li>Safety-related training (MSHA, OSHA 10 & 30) preferred, but training can be provided. </li><li>Forklift certification a plus. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Drive and transport transformers, components, and OD/OW loads. </li><li>Rigging equipment and working closely with the crew to complete assignments. </li><li>Tear down and cut transformers to clear out contents. </li><li>Lift, stack, and organize steel. </li><li>Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks. </li><li>Assist with warehouse duties as needed. </li><li>Travel to both local and out-of-state jobsites, working over the road and on-site. </li></ul>
